GENERAL TRIAS, Cavite - The provincial government of Cavite through the Human Resource Management Office and the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Committee spearheaded the PGC PRAISE Awards 2022 held at The Bayleaf Cavite in Gen. Trias City recently.
The awarding ceremony formally started through a welcome message from Provincial Administrator for Community Affairs Alvin Mojica, on behalf of Governor Jonvic Remulla. He then recognized the exemplary contribution rendered by the awardees to the provincial government.
Seventy-nine (79) service awardees were presented a plaque of appreciation and cash incentives for their dedicated service to the provincial government while the plaques and incentives for the thirteen (13) posthumous awardees were received by their family members.
Likewise, former Vice-Governor Jolo Revilla and former Board Members Edralin Gawaran, Valeriano Encabo, Felix Grepo and Ivee Jayne Reyes were recognized for completing their three (3) terms as elected official.
On the other hand, Dir. Maria Theresa R. Poblador, Director II of Civil Service Commission-Cavite Field Office, presented a certificate of recognition to the Provincial Government of Cavite for achieving Maturity Level 2 in the system of Recruitment, Selection and Placement. She also encouraged all heads of offices and the entire PGC organization to practice the culture of recognition as it translates to more productive workforce.
In conclusion, Ms. Maria Fe M. Satsatin, OIC-HRMO, expressed her gratitude to all PGC offices who have been part of the success of the event.
