Citizen Satisfaction Index System launched in Lucena City

LUCENA CITY - Lucena City hopes to enhance transparency and accountability in governance and ultimately improve the lives of its constituents by launching the Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) and Service Baseline Data Collection this May 11 at M.I. Sevilla's Resort, Barangay Domoit.

The CSIS aims to gather feedback from citizens regarding the quality of services provided by the local government unit, while the Service Baseline Data Collection will serve as a benchmark for measuring improvements in service delivery.



Through these initiatives , the CSIS hopes the collected data will also be used to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing service delivery in the future.

It was led by the Department of the Interior and Local Government-Lucena under the leadership of City Director Engr. Danilo Nobleza with the Regional Office, Division Chief Don Ayer Abrazaldo.

Vice Mayor Roderick Alcala along with several City Councilors as well as City Administrator Anacleto 'Jun' Alcala Jr. attended this launch. and the ranks of Department Heads of LGU Lucena, and Barangay Captains.

Local Government Operations Officer Judith Torres gave an overview of CSIS where she presented the frameworks of the program one by one.

The partner Local Research Institute from Southern Luzon State University, Professor Charlie Lacorte, was a guest here where the methodology on the CSIS Survey Implementation was discussed.

The City Planning and Development Office, Head Julieta Aparicio, led the presentation of the City's Service Baseline Data Collection.
