GENERAL NAKAR, Quezon - To ensure the efficient completion of major infrastructure projects such as bridge and road construction, regular inspections and assessments of construction progress are required to identify and address any potential issues. It also helps to ensure that the project is completed within the specified timeframe and budget.

Under the direction of Mayor Esee Ruzol, the municipality of General Nakar, which is located within the Baybay Cluster, carried out an investigation and monitoring of the currently under construction Luzon Pacific Highway, also known as the General Nakar-Dingalan Road.

The Luzon Pacific Highway will provide access to Dingalan, Aurora, and Region III from the aforementioned town. The project is expected to boost economic activity in the area by facilitating the transportation of goods and services. Additionally, it will improve accessibility for tourists who wish to explore the natural attractions of Dingalan and Aurora.

The MPMC), also known as the MPDO, is responsible for putting together the Municipal Project Monitoring Committee. The committee is tasked with monitoring the progress of projects in the municipality and ensuring that they are implemented according to plan. It plays a crucial role in ensuring that development projects are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Along with the Municipal Project Monitoring Committee (MPMC), this work was led by Regional Development Council Private Sector Representative and SCID Chairperson Engr. Ladislao Andal, Regional Project Monitoring Committee Secretary Valter Morada, and other staff from NEDA IV-A, OPPDC Russel Narte, OP-PMS Seth Florendo, Engr. Renato Ayapana from DPWH IV-A, James Verano, and Gil Gido from DBM IV-A.

This project aims to closely monitor and assess the execution of various important and timely projects in the town of General Nakar that receive funding from both the federal and local governments.

Infrastructure projects to improve the quality of life of residents of General Nakar and to speed up the delivery of programs and assistance to the people of the town are one of the Punong Bayan's priority programs.
