ANGONO, Rizal - The La Union Provincial Government visited and conducted a study tour and benchmarking activity in the province of Rizal as their chosen destination in the said program.
The objective of the visit was to learn from the best practices and experiences of Rizal in terms of local governance, tourism development, and environmental management.
