LOPEZ, Quezon - A Dialysis Center in the hospital that provides state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained medical professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care was recently opened in this town.

Kidney disease patients in the area will greatly benefit from the opening of a new dialysis cente of the Magsaysay Memorial District Hospital.

The activity and ribbon cutting were led by Quezon Governor Helen Tan together with 4th District Congressman Mike Tan, 4th District Board Member Harold Butardo, Mayor Racher Ubana, Sangguninag Bayan Members of Lopez, and Staff of Magsaysay Memorial District Hospital.

She said that with the new facility, many of the provinces in the fourth district will no longer have to travel far to undergo hemodialysis, which will also help to prolong the lives of Quezonians who need immediate medical services.

The hospital also received a Mobile Clinic from the Rotary Club of Lopez and a Water Purifier Station from the Rotary Club of Lopez and Alabang-Daang Hari.

If it is known, the current administration of the provincial government of Quezon has committed to improving the health sector throughout the province.

This initiative is part of their efforts to provide accessible and quality healthcare services to all Quezonians, especially those in remote areas. With the addition of these facilities, the province is taking a step forward in achieving their goal of a healthier and more resilient community.

Currently, the renovation of the Quezon Medical Center and the addition of new facilities for patients in different towns of the province, such as Lopez, are continuing.

The provincial government is also working on improving the capacity and skills of healthcare workers to ensure that they are equipped to provide the best possible care to their patients.

These efforts are expected to have a significant impact on the overall health and well-being of the people of Quezon.
