BUENAVISTA, Quezon - To equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare them for future employment opportunities in the industry of technical an orientation was held recently in the town of Buenavista, Quezon.
This training is connected to a program being launched by the DualTech Center in collaboration with the LAO Foundation, Inc. for senior high school students who want to study for free in the field of technical education.
Head of Operation of the LAO Foundation, Cristina Viray, said it is a great opportunity for students who want to pursue a career in technical fields such as automotive, electronics, and mechanical engineering.
"Under the program, qualified students and applicants will be given the opportunity to study technical courses for free, including allowances while studying." she said.
DualTech and the LAO Foundation will also help students who graduate from their programs find immediate employment in their respective fields through partnerships with various companies and industries.
This initiative aims to address the shortage of skilled workers in the technical field and provide opportunities for underprivileged students to pursue a career in these industries.
The said orientation was led by Buenavista PESO Manager Venus Lazo together with the Head of Operation of LAO Foundation, Cristina Viray, and the Manager of Community Relations at Dualtech, Rodolfo Sta Ana III.
This is said to be related to the local government's relationship with educational and economic institutions for the citizens of Buenavista.
