IMUS, Cavite - Cavite Rep. Jolo Revilla has been appointed head of the technical working group to safeguard the nation's critical infrastructure, strengthen existing legislation, and develop innovative strategies to combat cyber threats effectively.

Revilla is one of the proponents of the measure, which is House Bill 8199 , also known as the Critical Infrastructure Protection Act.

The bill aims to enhance the country's cybersecurity capabilities and ensure the protection of vital systems such as transportation, energy, and communication networks.
