Imus City's Business Check System makes conducting business more convenient

IMUS CITY, Cavite - Imus City has experienced a significant boost in business activity thanks to the implementation of Business Check, and doing business here is now more convenient than ever before, according to local entrepreneurs.

The Business Check: gAbAy of Negosyanteng Imuseño was held this Thursday, August 24, 2023, at the Function Hall of the Imus City Government Center.



The event showcased the various features and benefits of the Business Check System, including its user-friendly interface and streamlined processes.

With the collaboration of the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (Imus Ledipo) with various government agencies and offices, the questions of local entrepreneurs were addressed and their concerns were heard.



The event also provided an opportunity for entrepreneurs to network and connect with other like-minded individuals, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

It was attended by representatives of some government agencies, such as the Social Security System (SSS), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and the Department of Labor and Employment. (DOLE), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Pag-IBIG, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

Also included were the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), the City Health Office (CHO), the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), and the Office of the Building Official (OBO).

Business owners, employees, and representatives from various industries and sectors all took part.

The event aimed to provide information and assistance regarding tax compliance, labor laws, health insurance, housing benefits, trade regulations, fire safety protocols, and permits and licenses.

Participants had the opportunity to engage with government officials and ask questions to ensure they were well-informed and able to meet the requirements set by these agencies.

The Imus City Government continues to launch programs that will guide the development of businesses in Imus and support their growth in various sectors.

These initiatives include providing financial incentives, organizing business training workshops, and establishing partnerships with industry experts.
