INFANTA, Quezon - The municipal governments here signed on Monday, September 25, 2023, a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the Department of Health (DOH) in Infanta, Quezon, for the drug rehab program aimed at addressing the growing drug addiction problem in the area.
