SAN NARCISO, Quezon - The Quezon Primary Care Provider Network (QPCPN) Konsulta Sandbox recently rolled out its services in San Narciso, Quezon, providing residents with access to quality healthcare. With this new service, San Narciso residents can now benefit from comprehensive primary care services, including consultations, diagnostics, and preventive care measures.
The Konsulta Sandbox initiative aims to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and patients in underserved areas, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to receive medical attention when needed.
It is an innovative healthcare initiative of the provincial government in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH), Integrated Provincial Health Office (IPHO), and PhilHealth aimed at providing accessible and affordable primary care services to the residents of Quezon Province.
This expansion of QPCPN's services is expected to greatly benefit the local community by improving healthcare access and promoting overall well-being in the town of San Narciso and its surrounding areas.
The Konsulta Sandbox will offer a range of services, including preventive care, consultations, diagnostics, and medications, ensuring that residents have access to comprehensive healthcare without having to travel long distances.
The initiative will also focus on health education and awareness programs to empower individuals and promote a culture of proactive healthcare management in the community.
In her speech during the inauguration of the Konsulta Sandbox, Quezon Governor Angelina "Helen" Tan emphasized the importance of accessible healthcare for all residents
"Bilang may akda ng batas hindi naman ako papayag na maiiwan ang ating mga kalalawigan. Narinig niyo na ba iyong Universal Healthcare Law? Kung saan ang lahat ng Pilipino ano man ang estato mo sa buhay sa anumang pagkakataon at panahon kailngan mo ang serbisyong pangkalusugan dapat ay ikaw ay may napupuntahan," she said.
She stressed that Konsulta Sandbox is part of the Universal Healthcare Law and aims to provide accessible healthcare services to all Filipinos, regardless of their social status or financial capability.
The program ensures that every Filipino has the opportunity to receive the necessary medical attention they need, promoting a healthier and more equitable society.
Quezon Province is one of the four provinces in the country that have implemented the Konsulta Sandbox program. This initiative has greatly improved the healthcare system in the province, making it easier for residents to access quality medical services.
The QPCPN unites all the towns in Quezon Province to establish a comprehensive and integrated healthcare system. This network aims to improve the coordination and delivery of healthcare services, ensuring that every resident in Quezon Province has access to quality primary care.
