During the forum on October 13, 2023 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, Eloisa Rozul shared a presentation through led by the Provincial Government of Cavite, highlighting their innovative approach to inclusive resilience.

CAVITE CITY - The 10th Top Leaders Forum, which had the theme "Transforming Victims to Victors: A Multi-Stakeholder Approach to Inclusive Resilience" on October 13, 2023 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, featured the Provincial Government of Cavite through the Office of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer, led by Eloisa Rozul.

The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) collaborated with ARISE Philippines and SM Prime Holdings to bring together top leaders from government, the private sector, and diverse stakeholders to identify strategies for fostering societal resilience.



It included speakers on a range of subjects, including, to name a few, the power of women in resilience, LGU resilience, and global resilience projects.

It also included interactive DRRM techniques like first aid, practical training, and other booth experiences for the attendees.

Cavite province, along with the private sector, foreign embassies, and international and local commercial establishments, was invited to participate as an exhibitor.

Each participant received a booth to display their various technologies, techniques, equipment, materials, and other advancements in catastrophe risk reduction and management.
