LUCENA CITY, Queozn - In Southern Tagalog, there is now a giving body award to recognize the outstanding achievements and contributions of individuals and organizations in various fields to celebrate the exceptional talent and dedication found within the region, fostering a sense of pride and motivation among its residents.

This giving body is the Southern Tagalog Excellence in Leadership Award (STELA), produced by Avila's Arts Entertainment and Event Management, a renowned event management company based in Lucena City, Quezon province.



STELA is the first award-giving body in the Southern Tagalog region, and according to Darwin Avila, AEE's chief executive officer (CEO), the organization aims to not only honor outstanding achievements but also foster a culture of leadership excellence that will have a ripple effect on the community and inspire others to take action towards positive change.

With a strong belief in the potential of individuals to make a difference, Avila established STELA to provide a platform for recognizing and empowering exceptional leaders in the region. Through STELA, Avila hopes to create a network of influential leaders who can collaborate and drive meaningful change in various sectors.



Davila hopes STELA will serve as a catalyst for personal and professional growth, fostering a sense of responsibility and accountability among its members and inspiring individuals to step up and take action, not only within their own organizations but also in their communities.

AEE has launched its first inaugural award recognition ceremony, held on October 31, 2023, at the Queen Margarette Hotel, Domoit, Diversion Road, Lucena City, Quezon. 49 awardees from the region have been recognized for their outstanding contributions and achievements in their respective fields.

The Voice Kids Season 5 finalists, Maria Ysabelle Cruz, Ma, Francheska Althea Nora, Isabela Russell Villapando, Prince Borja Banastao, and from Tawag ng Tanghalan, Eich Abando, are awardees who were honored for their exceptional talent and contributions to the music industry.

Their performances during the ceremony captivated the audience and highlighted their dedication and passion for their craft and their ability to inspire others in the arts, proving that music has the power to transcend boundaries and connect people from all walks of life. The awardees' success serves as a testament to the importance of nurturing young talent and providing platforms for them to showcase their skills.

The AEE runway model made a big comeback during the event, showcasing the latest fashion trends and leaving the audience in awe with their grace and confidence on the catwalk as Julie Nicole Dimailig from Sariaya, Quezon, and a Sangguniang Kabataan chaiperson stole the show with her fierce and mesmertheirng presence.

The event also featured renowned production director Ramoncito Leynes, who brought his expertise and creativity to the stage, ensuring a seamless and visually stunning experience for the audience. Leynes' meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach elevated the overall production value of the event, making it a truly unforgettable night.

The event was hosted by the charismatic and witty personality, Normandy Laureta. His infectious energy and quick wit kept the audience entertained throughout the night, adding an extra layer of excitement to the already spectacular event. Laureta's natural ability to engage with the crowd made her the perfect host for such a grand occasion.
