GENERAL MARIAONO ALVAREZ, Cavite - In commemoration of All Saints' Day, the General Mariano Alvarez government inaugurated the GMA Haven Cross, where more than 3475 citizens who had died during the past year were given proper burial.

The GMA Haven Cross serves as a sacred place for families and loved ones to pay their respects and honor the memory of their departed. The serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make it a fitting tribute to those who have left this world.

General Mariono Alvarez Mayor Maricel Torres said that the GMA Haven Cross is a project of the town government to serve as a mass grave and organize the remains that do not have a proper burial.

She also said that niches identified as inactive or with unsettled accounts at the public cemetery will be transferred to the GMA Haven Cross. This initiative aims to ensure that all departed individuals are given a dignified resting place, regardless of their circumstances.

The town government believes that every life deserves to be remembered and honored, and the GMA Haven Cross serves as a compassionate solution for those who may have been forgotten or overlooked in the past.
