LIPA CITY, Batangas - Lipa City, in partnership with the Lipa City Colleges, recently hosted the Lipa Environmental Summit "Youth Action in Climate Change". The summit aimed to empower and engage the youth in taking proactive steps towards addressing the pressing issue of climate change.
