LUCENA CITY, Philippines—In a significant step towards digital advancement, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region IV-A, led by Regional Director Amelia Dean, has recently partnered with Lucena City to implement a range of digital initiatives.

Lucena City Mayor Don Victor Mark Alcala, committed to technological progress, warmly welcomed Director Dean and her team, and according to him, Lucena City is excited to collaborate with DICT Region IV-A to drive digital transformation in the city.
