LUCENA, Quezon – Quezon Province erupted in celebration as its pride, Ahtisa Manalo, secured not one but two prestigious titles in the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 coronation night. In a surprising twist, Manalo was crowned Miss Cosmo Philippines 2024 and named 2nd runner-up in the Miss Universe Philippines pageant but also swept the prelims, winning a staggering eight special awards.
