Supplementary AIP No. 2 is a comprehensive plan that allocates additional resources to key projects and programs, ensuring that Gumaca continues to prosper in the years to come.

The Local Development Investment Program outlines strategic initiatives that will further enhance the quality of life for residents and attract more investments to the municipality, solidifying Mayor Letargo's legacy as a visionary leader dedicated to the betterment of Gumaca.

He also championed an initiative promoting proper nutrition among young students during National Nutrition Month, emphasizing that "investing in our children's health is investing in our community's future." This initiative not only promotes the well-being of the youth but also contributes to the overall development of Gumaca as a healthy and thriving community.

Letargo has demonstrated dedication to the agricultural sector by ensuring the distribution of essential supplies to farmers, empowering them for success. He also prioritized social welfare by spearheading the distribution of medical and burial assistance to those in need through the AICS program. "Our farmers are the backbone of Gumaca," he stated, "and we will continue to support them in every way possible."

Understanding the importance of basic infrastructure, Letargo oversaw the provision of jetmatic water pumps to various barangays, improving water access for residents. His innovative "Palit-Bigas" program continues to encourage environmental cleanliness while providing essential food assistance. "This program is a testament to our commitment to both environmental sustainability and the well-being of our residents," the mayor affirmed.

He actively engages with the community through various channels, emphasizing the importance of "people's participation" in local governance. The "Gumaca Cares" website stands as a testament to his dedication to transparency and accountability.

During a recent Kapihan event, Letargo shared his vision for Gumaca's future, outlining ongoing infrastructure projects, plans for a new municipal hall, and strategies to address water supply challenges. He also highlighted the municipality's commitment to disaster preparedness and the development of local tourism. "We are building a Gumaca that is resilient, sustainable, and prosperous for all," he declared.

He also shared his future plans to further enhance the delivery of basic services, promote economic growth, and strengthen partnerships with various stakeholders. Letargo's proactive approach and clear vision have garnered support from the community, positioning him as a promising leader for Gumaca's development.

Moreover, Letargo's focus extends to empowering people with disabilities (PWDs) through various programs, demonstrating his commitment to inclusivity. His potential recognition as the Outstanding Local Chief Executive by the Association of Local Social Welfare and Development Officers of the Philippines, Inc. (ALSWDOPI) further underscores his dedication to the well-being of all Gumaca's residents.

Adding to the municipality's accolades, Gumaca was recently awarded the prestigious PhALGA Excellence Award for its outstanding financial management. This recognition, achieved under Mayor Letargo's leadership and through the efforts of Municipal Accountant Cristine A. Waje and her team, exemplifies the municipality's commitment to the honest, fair, and responsible use of public funds. "This award is a testament to our dedication to serving our constituents with integrity and excellence," Mayor Letargo stated.
