LUCENA CITY, Quezon - For the first time in Quezon Province, residents can receive immediate care for urgent medical needs, without the wait of a traditional emergency room. Lucena United Doctors Hospital and Medical Center (LUDHMC), now part of Metro Pacific Health, celebrated the grand opening of its expanded Emergency Room, a new Urgent Care Center, and a MyPharmacy Outpatient Pharmacy on February 21, 2025.
Maria Louzel Diaz-Tiozon, President and CEO of LUDHMC, in her address, emphasized the hospital's unwavering commitment to serving the community and highlighted the vital role of the new Urgent Care Center in providing accessible and timely medical attention. For this reason, our hospital embarked on a journey of innovation by establishing the first Urgent Care Center in Quezon Province."
